I think the most essential one, well, for me would be xxxHolic. Ichihara Yuko is so mysterious and I love Watanuki! My other favourites are Chobits and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle even though I liked Kinomoto Sakura in CCS better than in Tsubasa ^^
